Our warranty isn't just a single blanket promise—it's a stack of warranties from us and the material manufacturers, each covering a specific part of your structure.
Structural Framing & Workmanship
Covers defects in structural framing, floor systems, wall construction, and roof assembly. If any structural component fails due to workmanship or materials under normal use, we repair or replace it at no cost.
LP SmartSide Siding
LP’s 5/50 year limited warranty covers structural defects for 50 years and finish performance for 5 years. Engineered wood treated with zinc borate to resist moisture, decay, fungus, and termites.
Architectural Shingles
Our GAF and IKO architectural shingles carry 25–30 year manufacturer limited warranties against manufacturing defects. These are the same shingles used on residential homes — not the thin 3-tab strips found on budget sheds.
Vinyl Siding
Vinyl siding on our structures carries a lifetime limited manufacturer warranty against cracking, peeling, and excessive fading. Completely maintenance-free — never needs painting.
SilverTech® Radiant Barrier
The reflective radiant barrier we apply to interior walls and roof sheathing carries a 20-year limited warranty. Keeps interiors cooler in summer and brightens the space — included standard on every build.
Pressure-Treated Foundation
All 4×4 foundation runners and 2×4 pressure-treated floor joists are warranted against rot and termite damage for the life of the structure under normal ground-contact conditions.

We believe honest, upfront terms build trust. Here's what falls outside our warranty so there are no surprises.
Normal wear and weathering from sun, wind, rain, snow, and ice exposure over time
Damage caused by improper site preparation (e.g., placing a structure on bare dirt, ungraded soil, or areas with poor drainage)
Customer-performed modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs after delivery
Acts of nature including windstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, flooding, lightning, and earthquakes
Damage from falling trees, branches, or other objects impacting the structure
Pest damage caused by conditions beyond the structure (e.g., rodent entry through open doors or gaps not part of the original construction)
Cosmetic changes such as minor wood movement, slight color variation in siding/stain, or surface oxidation on metal components
Damage resulting from overloading the floor or roof beyond designed capacity
Proper site prep is the best warranty extension you can buy.
A well-drained gravel pad protects your foundation from moisture and settling—two of the most common issues we see. We offer a site prep guide to help you get it right.
Warranty Claims
We keep this simple on purpose. No 800-number maze, no fine print runarounds. Call us like you always have.

Our team reviews your claim, usually within 2–3 business days. For structural issues, we may schedule an on-site inspection.
If the issue is covered, we repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you. We’ve been doing this since 1988 — we stand behind our work.
