Trade-in value depends on the structure’s age, condition, size, and materials. Structures in good shape with solid framing and roofing typically earn the most credit. We’ll give you an honest assessment after reviewing photos or visiting your property.

What if my old building has no trade-in value?

That’s okay — we still remove it professionally. We’ll quote a fair removal fee so you can clear the way for your new build. Many customers find this easier than trying to arrange removal on their own.

Is pickup/removal included?

Pickup is included when the structure qualifies for trade-in credit. If it doesn’t qualify for credit, we’ll quote a separate removal fee based on size, condition, and distance from our Parkesburg lot.

What are typical removal or pickup fees?

Removal fees vary based on the structure’s size, condition, and your location. Small sheds close to Parkesburg may be $300–$600. Larger or more distant structures will be higher. We always provide an upfront quote — no surprise charges.
