Professional transportation to get your structure safely to its destination
White Pine Structures has a fleet of trucks and trailers to handle home deliveries and bulk deliveries to sales lots. We have professional drivers with over 35 years of experience to deliver your shed safely and efficiently to your location.
We obtain the proper “over the road” permits and escorts, when required, to comply with state and local transportation regulations. We are also fully insured, so you can rest easy knowing your delivery is in capable hands.
Service Area & Requirements
We provide delivery services throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey. Our delivery fee is based on distance from our facility in Parkesburg, PA.
Professional placement requires a level site with adequate access for our equipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is properly prepared before delivery, or we can prepare your site at additional cost.

Delivery and Site Preparation
Important information to ensure a smooth delivery
Site Preparation
Prepare a level site in advance of delivery. Add 6 to 12 inches to the actual footprint of your shed. Use treated timbers for a border and fill with ¾ inch stone, or consider a concrete pad for better stability. Professional placement requires a properly prepared, level site.
Skip the Hassle!
Let us coordinate your foundation preparation through our trusted partners. We arrange professional stone and concrete pad installation.
Full Site Prep GuideAccessible Sites
Once our delivery truck arrives, our Shed Mule track-driven placement system takes over — navigating soft ground, tight turns, slopes, and uneven terrain to position your structure exactly where you want it. However, the structure must physically fit through every gate, passage, and opening along the delivery path (e.g., a 12′ wide building cannot pass through a 10′ wide gate). Ensure there are no low-hanging branches or power lines that could impede delivery.

Non-Accessible Sites
Our Shed Mule can handle most challenging terrain, but for locations with no road access at all — or where the structure physically cannot fit through available gates and openings — we offer prefab (build-on-site) services at a 30% additional cost to the base price. With this method, your structure is built piece-by-piece at your location. Professional installation requires level ground. We cannot deliver to steep hills, but modular options can be delivered to level sites in two separate sections.
Not sure if your site is accessible? Email photos of your driveway, gates, overhead obstacles, and property to [email protected] and we’ll review your situation within 24 hours.

Important Delivery Information
Unloading Time
Anything over 1/2 hour is considered additional time and may be billed according to work required. We do not deliver in bad weather.
Local Building Codes
Codes vary from town to town. The customer is responsible for understanding and complying with local zoning, building codes, and regulations. Contact us at (610) 857-3420 for assistance with any requirements.
Professional Placement Requirements
Professional placement requires a level site with adequate access for our equipment. If your structure is 10×12 or under, you can set it on concrete blocks. Blocking should not extend more than 6 inches out of the ground. Concrete blocks are not recommended if the delivery truck cannot back up straight to the site.
Additional Fees
Additional time for off-loading, leveling, or moving to a different location may incur extra fees. The customer is responsible for hiring any additional equipment such as a back loader, forklift, or crane if needed.
Please note: White Pine Structures is not responsible for property damage resulting from inaccessibility due to soft ground, trees, wells, septic systems, etc. Towing fees resulting from our delivery truck and trailer getting stuck will be the responsibility of the customer.
