10' X 20' A-Frame Dormer
Tando stone on the front, chestnut brown lap siding on the sides, red metal roof up top. This 10X20 dormer workshop is the one people stop and stare at. The stone wainscoting extends 3 feet up the front facade, and it changes the whole character of the building - from workshop to something that looks like it was architect-designed.
200 square feet inside with dormer windows letting light in from above. The oversized 3-foot transom door makes it easy to move materials in and out, and the red metal roof handles weather better than shingles while adding a pop of color you can see from the road.
